Financial Packages
A complete and professionally prepared financial package will help you put your best financial foot forward.
When submitting your financial package, it should contain most of the following information.
If you are not able to submit a complete package, we can help you secure the missing items.
Reporting in an electronic format is desirable to most lenders and lessors. If you do not have
access to scanning technology, we can scan and package your financial package in an electronic format
that is universally accepted.
YOUR FINANCIAL PACKAGE SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Three years of corporate financial statements, reviewed or audited preferred
- Current and historic interim financial statements (example: Q3 2007 and Q3 2008)
- Three years of Federal Tax Returns with all schedules
- Personal Financial Statement, current within six months
- Business Plan
- Vessel Information (most recent survey if available)
- Charters or usage agreements
- Bank and Trade References
- Non Disclosure Agreement (if required)
- Construction Contract with all exhibits
